FILING AN APPLICATION FOR THE FOLLOWING: GENERATORS, TANKLESS WATER HEATERS AND FURNACES WITH CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS: Specification sheets must be submitted for pressure requiring minimum 7” water column or higher. Please highlight make, model of equipment, and pressure requirement.

SITE PLANS ARE REQUIRED WHEN:

· No foundation at the site: Must have land cleared and site plans submitted for gas layout to begin. PLANS MUST BE TO SCALE; INCLUDE FOOTPRINT OF BUILDING AND SHOW AT LEAST ONE CROSS STREET
